Coming Together to Heal.

Sajha Dhago organized a one-day program entitled “Ensuring Child Safety: A Comprehensive Orientation on Child Protection Policy by Sajha Dhago” on 5 October 2023. All the board members, staffs, facilitators, volunteers, and those associated with Sajha Dhago participated in this training program. The training highlighted the necessity of recognizing the accountability to promote safe practice and safeguard children involved with Sajha Dhago’s project/programs from any form of harm, abuse, violence, neglect and exploitation. The organization committed in making the workplace “Zero Tolerance to Sexual Harassment and Child Right Violation at workplace.”

Sajha Dhago conducted “Organizational Safeguarding Training” on 10 December 2023. The highlight of the training was a comprehensive and insightful overview of key concepts related to safeguarding and Protection from Sexual, Exploitation and Abuse. The training was divided into four modules: Understanding Safeguarding and PSEA, Identity, Power, and Safeguarding, Safeguarding at Organizational System, and Safeguarding in Practice (Prevention, Reporting and Response).  Through this training, participants were left a deeper understanding of safeguarding principles and practical skills to contribute to a safer organizational environment.
