In this story cloth the participant portrayed the need to raise the voice against caste discrimination. In a country like Nepal, many lives had been sacrificed due to caste discrimination. Touching the water, entering temples, inter-caste marriage is still not allowed in some parts of the country. “I feel there are only two castes in mankind, male and female but because of the caste based system so many people lost their life in our country…..” says the participant. The story cloth is about the massacre that occurred in Jajarkot where 6 innocent people were killed because of inter-caste marriage. Whenever she remembers this incident she feels pain in her heart. She has been strongly raising voice against caste discrimination and wants to end this system from the country so that all can live their life in equality.

यस कथाको रुमालमा सहभागीले समाजमा भइरहेको भेदभाव विरुद्ध आवाज उठाउनु पर्छ भन्ने कुरालाई देखाउन खोजिएको छ । नेपाल जस्तो देशमा भेदभावको कारण धेरै मानिसहरू ज्यान गुमाइ सकेका छन् । पानी छुन नदिनु, मन्दिर पस्न नदिनु र अन्तर जातीय विवाहहुन नदिने जस्ता चलनहरू अझै पनि हाम्रो देशमा प्रचलित छन् । हाम्रो सहभागी भन्नुहुन्छ, “मलाई लाग्छ मानव जातिमा पुरुष र महिला दुई वटा मात्र जात हुन्छ र जातिय विभेदका कारण हाम्रो देशमा धेरैले ज्यान गुमाएका छन् । म यस्ता भेदभावको अन्त्य गर्न चाहन्छु……” यो कथाको रुमाल जाजरकोटमा अन्तर जातीय विवाहका कारण ६ जनाको हत्याकाण्ड भएको बारेमा हो । यो घटना सम्झिँदा उनको मुटु चसक्क दुख्छ । जातीय भेदभाव विरुद्ध उनले एकदमै आवाज उठाइ रहेकी छिन् र सबैलाई बराबार व्यवहार गरी यस्तो भेदभावलाई हाम्रो देशबाट अन्त्य गर्न चाहन्छिन् ।
