Let my mind be a colorfulness (मेरो मन रंगीन बनोस्)

The participant is expressing the feeling of being confused and lost most of the time. After lots of thoughts, his mind became colorful and he was collecting his thoughts and ideas to make it meaningful.  “I knew I needed to do something to ground myself and find my way through the chaos. So, I got up and decided to start my day with some mindfulness meditation. I closed my eyes; took a deep breath, and allowed myself to be present in the moment. As I focused on my breath, the colorful mess in my mind began to slow down and settle……” The participant realized that he had been neglecting his own needs and desires, he had been living his life as per others expectations.  He recognized the need of making changes in his life. The thoughts that were in his mind, he used those as a source of inspiration and creativity. After lots of thoughts and realization he committed to live the life on his own, not according to the expectation of others.

धेरै जसो समय आफू अलमल हुने र आÏनो भावनामा हराउने कुरा यस सहभागीले व्यतm गरे । धेरै सोचे पछि उसले आÏनो भावनाहरूलाई समेतेर आÏनो जीवन रंगीन बनाउने सोचे । “ मलाई आÏनो जीवन लथालिङ्ग नहोस् भनेर आफैले केही गर्नुपर्छ भनेर थाहा थियो । म जुरुक्क उठेँ र ध्यान गरेर आÏनो दिन सुरु गर्ने सोचेँ । मैले आँखा बन्द गरेँ, गहिरो सास फेरेँ र आफूलाई वर्तमानमा ल्याउन प्रयास गरेँ । जब मैले आÏनो सासमा ध्यान केन्द्रित गरेँ, मैले आÏनो सोचलाई बिस्तार गरेँ……” यो सहभागीले आÏनो इच्छा र आवश्यकतालाई बेवास्ता गरेको महसुस गरे, ऊ आÏनो जीवन अरुको अपेक्षा अनुसार बाँचीरहेको थियो । उसले आÏनो जीवनमा केही परिवर्तन ल्याउनु पर्ने महसुस गरेँ । आÏनो दिमागमा भएको विचारहरूलाई उनले प्रेरणा र रचनात्मकताको स्रोतको रुपमा प्रयोग गरे । धेरै सोचविचार गरे पछि, उनले आÏनो जीवन अरुको अपेक्षा अनुसार नभइ आÏनो इच्छा र शर्तमा बाँच्ने निर्णय गरेँ ।
