Job Description
Sajha Dhago is a non-profit distributing company established in 2022. It provides a unique group (recovery) program for survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, natural disasters, war/conflict, and displacement. It incorporates traditional practices with current trauma-based treatment intervention which allows access to treatment and flexibility in a variety of cultural contexts for trauma survivors. The Visibilities and Representation (IT staff) is responsible for the following responsibilities and duties.

Major Responsibilities/Duties:

  1. Online Visibility Management:
    • Responsible for creating content, making contextual translations in English and Nepali languages, and promoting the content in various online and offline media as per need.
    • Making short videos and case studies selected the Sajha Dhago facilitator team and Supervisor.
    • Oversee the organization’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
    • Regularly update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, to reflect the organization’s goals, initiatives, and current information.
    • Optimize website structure, navigation, and search engine visibility to drive organic traffic and improve user experience.
    • Monitor website analytics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
  2. Social Media Presence:
    • Manage the organization’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
    • Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
    • Monitor social media trends, respond to user comments and inquiries, and foster meaningful interactions with the online community.
    • Utilize social media analytics to track performance, measure the effectiveness of our work, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  3. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate regular reports on the website and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of online visibility initiatives.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in IT or minimum 2 years of work experience.
  • Ability to work and manage IT related each and every contents autonomously with low cost and high efficiency.
  • Must have both abilities to work remotely and in the office setting.
  • Must have the ability to work independently in a group.
  • Should have good communication and writing skills in both English and Nepali.
