Job Description
Sajha Dhago is a non-profit distributing company established in 2022. It provides a unique group (recovery) program for survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, natural disasters, war/conflict, and displacement. It incorporates traditional practices with current trauma-based treatment intervention which allows access to treatment and flexibility in a variety of cultural contexts for trauma survivors. The program coordinator is responsible for the following responsibilities and duties.
Major Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assist in planning, reviewing design, and implementation of project activities in the project.
- Coordination with municipalities, province and federal level government, and other concerned stakeholders.
- Work in close coordination with the project team to facilitate training and clinical supervision of different layers of PSS service providers (i.e. Ps Counselors, CPSWs, Health workers, etc.)
- Take lead to organize training and refresher courses for the health workers and CPSWs
- Prepare events reports, conduct context analysis, and prepare reports.
- Provide regular monthly, quarterly, and annual plans and reports to the Project Manager/HOD
- Participate in different concern meetings, workshops, training, etc.
- Involve in data analysis, systematic reviews and publication, and perform other tasks required for implementation of case study activities as assigned by the organization.
Requirement/Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus.
- Must have minimum 2 years of working experience in psychosocial field.
- Must have good grooming.
- Must have ability to work in team according to project nature.
- Should have ability to work remotely.
- Should have good communication and writing skills in both English and Nepali.
