Juliana Shrestha is a Strategic Management Consultant at Sajha Dhago, where she is leading the strengthening of the organisation’s structure—from strategic planning and fundraising systems to the development of clear operational frameworks. She brings extensive experience from the development sector, with expertise in partnerships, business development, and building sustainable, purpose-led organisations in emerging markets.
A social entrepreneur working at the intersection of tourism, education, and gender equity, Juliana is also the co-founder and Head of Business Development at Duluwa Outdoors, a women-led experiential travel curator in Nepal. She is a Chevening Scholar and holds an MA in Intercultural Communication and International Development from the University of Sheffield and a BBA from Kathmandu University. Recognized as a 30 Under 30 for Social Impact by The Bloom and a recipient of the Zonta Women in Business Leadership Award 2025, she is known for combining management with values-driven leadership.
